“Before Bamboo Bridge, I was technical co-founder at FLIT, where we developed a lightweight folding e-bike and took it from early prototypes into production.

That experience taught me that finding a factory is rarely the hardest part. The real challenge is everything in between: choosing the right manufacturing route, adapting the design for production, finding the right suppliers, managing tooling and pilot builds, and resolving quality problems without losing time or control.

Bamboo Bridge was built to give ambitious hardware companies the China-side product and manufacturing capability we wished we had: clear supply-chain strategy, practical engineering support, experienced project management, robust quality control and a flexible environment for NPI and early assembly.

My role is to help clients see the whole path from prototype to reliable production, make the critical decisions early and build the right Bamboo Bridge team around each stage - without having to create their own China operation first.“
